Am reading the Dexy's book out at the mo (crimble pressie)..

...and it says in there that Rowland feels that Geno is half the man he was, dunno if that's true or not...I've seen a few of the old soul singers mainly doing PA's and the odd gig here and there at various Northern Soul nights and all of them can still bang out a tune from what I've seen...

I'd be gutted if I was you and had missed the chance to see Hendrix - whatever the understandable reasons - I'd always have that what if feeling if I were you...
