Bloody Sky customer service

Just done a deal with BT to get all my phone, broadband and TV off of them. So phoned up Sky to give them the boot. I was on the phone for 10 minutes talking to a bloody computer only to be told that the department I required was closed. aaaaaaaaggggggghhhhhhh
