I've only seen two people out in the wild wearing one,

First one definitely wasn't a teenage girl. Unless she just forgot to put make up on and had a large beard.

Second one I saw was Eddie Howes was wearing one on the tele the other day. That was the second one I've seen in the wild and I don't think he's girl neither. He does have a lovely face though.
