even the one year in 4 where we were not a premier league club we had parachute payments and sold ?15m quids worth of players. We should not be in a position where we have to sell before we can buy.

Yes Hughton/Adams spending spree may well have lumbered us with a few duds but i will be livid if it transpires we are not signing players we need on the basis that we need to sell some players first - would be ultra cautious in the extreme.
