The reason we are not getting our targets
Is..
1, we are one of the lowest payers in the league
2, players don't find us as attractive as established prem teams.
3, every one thinks, including the bookies feel we are in for a relegation battle so only champ players and very average premium players are interested
4, going up by play offs makes people think we are the weakest of promoted sides.
5 we don't have a big name manager
In reality would you play for a team with a grueling relegation battle ahead for less money or hold out for an established premium team and or more money.
