the thing is, he was at a club where not being able to sign players was the norm.

so hes used to a non existent budget and using the youth set up.

IF....and it is an IF, he was told something similar when signing then he'll just nod and get on with it.

End of the day he's doing his rep no harm with us and getting much more in terms of wages i would suspect (i can confirm I AM NOT in the know).

He might get miffed if he was told there was a budget or his signings wishlist is a no go, but again, he's increasing his rep and could walk back into a job better than he had before so surely he wouldnt care that much.
