Don't see anything particularly remarkable in deciding to reshuffle backroom team if he's unhappy with things that have happened.

Mourinho rails against authority and opponents but his art is building unity within, one would think.

Don't doubt the doctor is pissed off though. Unlikely to take kindly to doubts about her integrity or professionalism.
