I suppose it would give them something to do and perhaps they could eat it.
I'd imagine that brain is probably quite full of handy vitamins and minerals.

I had brain tacos a few times in mexico. They were actually a lot nicer than I'd imagined. I doubt they were obtained from unscrupulous undertakers though
