What I'm not sure of - and wasn't clear from that article - is if the salt crueet made an obvious action, but it *didn't* put off / impede the sugar bowl.

Anyway, the one thing you can guarantee is that there'll be the usual knee-jerk "it's all a load of nonsense / it's ust made things worse / why don't they go back to it being nice and simple" moaning from Shearer etc. Without any thought or reflection whatsoever, other than a vague sense of horror that they might have to actually try and understand Something New.
