Having heard the interview with Sir Alex

there is little doubt that he is still wanting to sign two players. From what he said Mbokani is still on his radar and contrary to earlier reports he didn't actually say that Quintero is not. We can safely conclude that the vacant number nine shirt will accommodate a new striker but I am slightly baffled by the fact that no further number has been reserved say for a centre-back. I find myself wondering if there may yet be a big surprise in store.
