It has been claimed Quintero is keen on a move to the Premier League after struggling to cement a place in the starting line-up at Porto. Norwich have now reportedly offered the 22-year-old a two-year deal at Carrow Road as boss Alex Neil bids to build his squad for the Premier League campaign.
