Genius in the making, wonderful talent that I first saw in the 2013 U20 South American Championships (one of my favourite tournaments I have watched). He was arguably the best player in the tournament and then again in the U20 World Cup a few months later. He would fit the Wes role if he came here, which TBH I can't see happening. I do wonder why he hasn't made a bigger impact in his club career yet, maybe just needs the right move and manager. Pretty much technically perfect though, perhaps would need to bulk up a little for the Premier League. He is potentially worth an incredible amount if he realises his potential.
