Just seen the AN interview on sky.

I just love his attitude. He's articulate, confident without being arrogant and has a lovely easy way with the media. Very clever little aside about not getting some targets. Not an obvious criticism, but will put pressure on the board to back him in the next few weeks. We already know he plans meticulously and is a student of the game. I absolutely love him. I think we are seeing the early years of a very special manager. Hope I haven't hexed him!
