My old physics teacher

used to call 20% "the monkey mark" in the multiple choice questions we had to do, on the grounds that a monkey would on average score 20% (give that each question was choose-one-of-five). Woe betide anyone who slipped below the monkey mark.

You could do something similar - have a completely random set of predictions and see how we all do against it. Anyone below the monkey needs to do a smell up the Ethel, or something.
