seems that until 1992 it was EngScot&Walesland but now just Eng&Walesland

and you don't need any Eng&Waleslandish relatives at all, but just to have lived in Eng&Walesland for 7 years if moved here after 18 years of age or 4 years if moved here when younger than that.
