Could be any number of things. He wants more money than we want to pay him.

He wants a longer deal. He wants a lower buyout clause in the event of relegation. etc etc etc.

Interesting thing would be whether we're actually willing to walk away, even at this stage, if he proves too difficult / greedy. Hope so.
