Use your skill and judgement thuswise.

Write down each team and the highest and lowest place you think they could realistically attain. For example your like might go:

Chelsea: 1 5
Stoke: 11 20
Norwich: 1 1

and so on.

Then in a third column, subtract the smaller number from the larger and add one. Your table now looks like:

Chelsea: 1 5 - 5
Stoke: 11 20 - 10
Norwich: 1 1 - 1

Now multiply together all twenty numbers in the third column and that number to one is the odds against you getting it right, assuming every single one of your ranges is correct. The tighter your ranges, the smaller the odds you face, but the more important that the assumption that you are 100% correct in your judgement.

The Lottery has significantly better odds. Very significantly.
