start him against Palace or pay him ?40K a week to sit on the bench week after week......
I think that fact that Sporting Lisbon were not prepared to offer him anything like his current wages despite the offer of re-signing him for half the transfer fee they originally received says it all.
If we give RVW another chance we will be relegated.
We can't gamble our season on him again. We need a new striker who is going to score 15 goals (plus a good few to come from midfield too).
