I agree, in the sense that

I don't see why it's really UEFA's fault. Rants about money-grabbing aside, they've got no real reason to not want the champions in the tournament.

In terms of the rights or wrongs of the situation, I still think that qualifying for the champions league should be based on league performance, and that if Liverpool really deserved to be in it they'd have finished in the top 4. I'm quite pleased the FA are sticking to their guns and giving the place to Everton.

Mind you I don't really care either way.
