I've literally just read a copy of the restrictive covenants I'm faced with and there is one which prohibits building an extension to property without original vendors approval. I need to extend this gaff, and I'm not entirely sure how to track descendants of this person down, and not too happy about having to go through the ?800 70 week restrictive covenant appeal process, so maybe insurance is a solution.
