He's a big name out here and still a good age with proven pedigree at the top level. Would be a bit of a coup if it were true.

McNally would love counting all those yen from shirt sales and merchandise! People don't care about foreign teams out here, they just support the national team or wherever their favourite players go abroad... The Premier League is hardly mentioned and they talk about Serie A or the Bundesliga.
