Any budding Saul Goodman's know how I can get out of this?

Want to purchase a building which has an ancient covenant decreeing that "the familyie of the builder must be paid fiscal reparations lest the original building be exten'ded from whence its originatory proportions"

All signatory c**ts involved have been dead about 100 years was my obvious thought, not sure this will wash with the land registry/legal snide grass types.
