5.30 am start from HA3.

English Girls Champs are being held at Sheringham Golf Club. Practice round Monday 9.15am, them nipping over to Cromer to see Gemma?s best pal playing in an event in the afternoon. Staying in Norwich with a family friend

Two rounds one, Tuesday + Wednesday, then 36 and tied get to play Thursday. Gemma has played in the last two England age group events at missed cuts both times, she had a chance last year (not to win, but play on final day) but first round had three triple bogies in a terrible first half. Was really painful to watch. Second round she shot a 76 - another one of those in R1 would have been more than enough.

She?s been playing well after a bad start to the season and GCSEs, had a swing MOT + service today and was hitting it really well. Just need to keep our composure in the weather over the next two days. Will be tough for everyone.
