I have a sneaky liking for Bacchus wines too, but the flavours you reference are also those I associate with the kind of hop-forward golden IPAs I love to quaff in summer (come winter and I want a nutty dark brown ale). I can be equally boring about wine and beer and know little, frankly, about either, so take all of that with a large pinch of Organic Malden.
