Exactly. Why is it that so many fans have such a negative outlook?

If we have managed to save a few million that can be invested in another player by not rushing into a deal then that would suggest that it a very good piece of business.

Truth is that we have no idea what has gone on but lots of fans seem to revel in the idea that we have somehow f**ked up
