Sling seven and a half lugs of your absolute best extra supremely virginal olive oil in with a crushed clove of garlic and three peppercorns - white not black, crushed not ground - and a small nob (Matron!) of unsalted butter. Sear the pigeon breasts each side then serve immediately with a little pasta and a green salad. #jubbly
