Clearly from the AN interview with Rob Butler last night, he said CLEARLY... we are doing everything we can but others are not playing ball....... and he is frustrated.

I don't blame McNally for not paying over the odds or stupid wages.

There is a reason why most transfer business is done just before the window closes.
Its only when a deadline approaches that teams are forced to act.
