The problem we have is wages
We probably don't feel confident to push up our wage bill too much until we've been up a season or two.
The problem is Bournemouth and Watford are a little less responsible and even the likes of WBA and Palace have upped their wages so we are really at a disadvantage trying to compete with them for players.
