All in all, I suspect it may not be quite as bad as all that...for example, some payments are "instalments paid on players already at the club". By that, I assume they Dean Ashton.

Assuming his Mr. 10% gets paid at the same rate as
Crewe, aren't the actual payments to Crewe staggered? And does he also get a cut as the various add-ons (Appearances, etc.) come into effect? Then of course he signed a fat new contract at the start of the season, and no doubt it's a pretty healthy one and again, Mr 10% gets a decent whack of that, too.

Andy Hughes, if all the rumours about negotiations and signing-on fees are to be believed, may well account for a decent amount, and I imagine that the negotiations for Dean Marney didn't come cheap.

But having said all that, just who are these players that make up the 10 registrations, 4 updated contracts, 2 cancelled contracts, and 11 loans in the last 6 months?
