I'd try it! :) They post it to your work or home, my brother gets them to his work, he's big on his fitness stuff. But as it was free, thought why not! I got Super Carrot Cake, Gingerbread Loaf, El Picante and Sweet and salty Kern pops. Very nice, especially liked the carrot cake. Bargain for free if you ask me!
