It was less than a year old, so Sky paid for it.

The hardest part was trying to get a suitable appointment.

Sky customer service are pretty good, a rarity these days, they'll tell you if it's going to cost. If it is, then you can go down the independent routes which will probably be cheaper.

Failing that then just collar the first Sky fitervyou see and offer him/ her a bit of cash in hand.
