must be a piece of piss - sit in a room with your player and the representatives of teh club he plays for , say - my client wants x wages , x appearance money , x image rights , x per point gained , x per position in the league we want a 5 year contract , but if at anytime , he is dropped or a bigger club comes in for him we will leave

and BTW unless you pay me an extortionate amount of money now , we are moving anyway , and when we do eventually move , you will have to pay me then to arrange teh move as smoothly as possible
