I do find it strange how slow we seem to be moving in transfer market.

It's critically important to get players in early so they can integrate as a group and tactics can be worked through. Last year QPR, Liverpool and Spurs had slow starts due to volume of players and how late they arrived was defo a factor.

I think a lack of long term planning and consistent changes to Chief Scouts and networks etc is now taking its toll.

Not a moan just an observation we seem way behind modern clubs in this area.
