There's nothing 'EMBARRASSING' about trying to get the best deal you can.

I'll tell you what is embarrassing.

Steve Bruce should be embarrassed by his blubbing in public.

Fans who think their club should go out and pay "whatever it takes", should be embarrassed.

The numerous owners who have over-stretched themselves and saddled their club under mountains of debt or gone into administration are embarrassing.

I love the way we conduct our business quietly and with dignity. I'm delighted how we refuse to throw money around or be held to ransom by over-inflated prices.

We have a board who understand their responsibilities to the business and its community, and will do all they can to safeguard the future of the Club for many generations to come.
