It's OK in winter, I wear a base layer, but in summer, I'm not going out just in

a lycra-rich top. I want to maintain that little shred of dignity I've got left (bearing in mind, at this point I am an overweight, red-faced, sweaty man wearing a football shirt better suited to a much more athletic gentleman. Put me in a clingy stretchy top as well? I might as well shoot myself in the face).
