Norwich City nearly expired me this morning

Went for an early run this morning sporting a retro pinstripe 80s City shirt (from the club shop, its a real genuine fake, no sponsor though :-) ) anyway a lad cut in from a side street right next to me wearing a Liverpool Suarez top, and he started going faster than me, so I upped my pace to get back in front, only for him to up his pace, so I did the same again.
Suddenly in my head I am playing up front for us at Anfield and a ball is played over the top, I am in a foot race with this bellwhiff down Sprowston Road to get to the 'ball' first, I can't slow down until he does.... nearly killed myself.

I am 38 years old.
