Yes, we will miss Snoddy especially + Fer to some extent, but our midfield has evolved since they left. Redmond continues to mature and in the absence of Snoddy he has made our R wing a potent and pacey attacking threat. Fer was good in patches, always appeared lethargic (but that may just be his gait). Will be interesting to see where he ends up next season.
I think our midfield is sound, if not flamboyant. It's unlikely to happen, but I'd love us to sign van Ginkel on loan from Chelsea - a young, really top class midfield playmaker who has slipped under the radar due to injury last season.
