give the bloke a chance

some people want to give RVW another chance even though he has proven over two seasons that he is clearly not up to it.
But Andreu has only had 10 minutes on the pitch and people want to get rid. Alex Neil had not been here long enough to know standard required, and was buying for a championship team, not a premiership team at the time.
I doubt he is good enough, but how does anyone on here know?
Anyway, I don't begrudge Hamilton their ?1M ........ they deserve it for AN and FMcV.
