How many (9) flags is too many?

Do they limit the number of flags? If everybody brought a flag no c**t could see anything.

Does anyone ever go to a festival and think, do you know what would make this much more enjoyable is if there where some people waving some random flags in front of me?

How many (9) flags does it take before flag w**kers are accepted? for example, if only one person had a flag and enough people shouted "stick your flag up your arse you flag w**ker" and that person put their flag away, how many flag w**kers would there need to be before people gave in?

Flag w**kers? Are they saying "look at me, I've got a flag, aren't I great", or are they saying "look at me mum I'm on the telly" or are they saying "look at me, When you come back from the bar we are here Dave"?
