I cannot believe that Eddie Howe thinks such a one-dimensional and one-pace player will not only fit into his Bournemouth side but is actually worth ?8m! Hoofers they are not but a hoofer Mings is. You have to congratulate Ipswich for pulling off such an unlikely coup and for the second time in recent years too. It's Chippenham Town I feel sorry for. They got ?10,000 for Mings in September 2012 but didn't incorporate a sell-on clause in the deal. Ouch!
