Qualifiers and Tournament Football are a diff breed

We always* do well in Qualifiers because we usually find ourselves in easy group with few tough games that we have an eon to prepare for.

Knockout football is all about high pressure - which is where we always fall down.

I agree RH should have been kicked into touch after WC2014 - but I almost feel we need two different types of manager, one for the Qualifiers and one for Tournaments!
