I had this discussion last night with Worz

Lambert was a great motivator but Neil is the full package. Neil has detailed reports on the opposition and as we say in the PO final we actually look tactically intelligent. Neil fortunate he had more to work with mind you but then again Lambert had Grant Holt. Time will tell how their signings compare but overall Neil seems to have a bit more nous.
