I didn't realise he was so young as he's been a mainstay of Hoffenheim for at least two seasons and plays like a senior player (in a good way, not like an old man). He's very good for them, creates loads and very effective up front. He's more of a number 10 than a striker though.
They've got some useful players, Volland particularly I like. However they're a well off club financed by a millionaire, which is unusual in Germany, so they don't need to sell anyone. (As a result not many fans of other clubs like Hoffenheim - the BVB board I read calls them a plastic club).
