i asked for all the call transcripts to BT helpdesk under the FOI act and they arrived yesterday and it is sixty four pages long!!!!!

i reckon there's an average of oh i dunno 10-12 calls itemised on each page

64 pages!!

i must have spent weeks on the phone to them

thing is, tinternet is (touch wood) stable now so i haven't got the inclination to yapyap about compo
