during my wee stint in the service of the crown it was mandatory to have your gnashers checked out every 6 months by an officer of the royal army dental corps and when i moved into civvy life i just continued the motion and went every 6 months, not because i'm a khaki automoton following routine but i was told that if you didn't have a regular check-up then civvy bastard dental officers would strike you off of their list and in the event of a major gob drama you'd have to go all nhs massive waiting list and that. is this not so? have i been duped by a south african gnasher mechanic?
