not disagreeing with anything you've said - just that the club have acknowledged

that they are still working towards getting those on contracts (season by season workers?) and those 3rd party contractors up to the living wage, and they've put a timescale on it

the catering staff and stewards will absolutely fall into the low pay category and are 3rd party contractors

no doubt Henclikus Blair will be along to confirm all this for us
