otherwise, what's the point. I love a good curry but if it is simply hot for the sake of it, and all I end up tasting is the inside of my mouth peeling off, it's somewhat a waste of money...I always check out the chef's specials and often go with something a bit different, but then I've been out of the country for a long time, so I'm still reintroducing myself to the delights of a decent curry menu.
