I did norwich to london victoria for 10 pounds return last week and they often have offers to the airports, so i'm not surprised you can get for 15...
I'd leave a little bit of time to get from your airplane to the coach but sounds like you have done it before. In my experience, even though you re technically buying a seat on a specific coach, unless the coach is full, drivers will let you use your ticket on another coach as long as your ticket is a valid one, so I mean don't worry too much if you miss your coach if your plane is late, often they will simply let you get the next coach
when returning from london last week, there were people getting on the coach that had tickets for earlier coaches and later coaches and the driver let them all on as they had all arrived in london by plane and their connections meant they arrived at weird times. Can't guarantee all drivers will let you but seems the coaches are definitely more flexible than trains because trains generally don't let you do that unless you consciously buy a flexible ticket
