A week on Sunday I will be attempting...

a 2.4 mile sea swim followed by a 112 mile bicycle ride up and down a mountain with a full 26.2 mile marathon to finish things off. All to be completed before a 16 hour cut off.

I'll be raising money for Norfolk Carers Support, a fine local charity that provides support to voluntary carers across the county.

Any donations from my generous fellow wrothfolk will be very much appreciated.

If I meet the target I will also shave off my hipster beard.
