The fact that he has come in and got us into the play-offs and then the Premiership with the ?125 million pound that brings in means there is no risk to pay him off as he's earned whatever the compensation would be.

Not that we want to get rid of him. And hopefully if things don't start very well for us in Premiership I hope we stick by him.
